The site looks clean overall and it’s easy enough to browse, but a few pages feel kind of flat. It’s not bad at all, just not as modern or eye-catching as I expected. It could use a bit more personality or something to make it pop, because right now it feels a little TOO plain in some spots.

I’ve bought from Salt&Pepper a few times now, and at this point my brain kind of just files them under “safe choice.” The quality has always been solid, everything shows up fine, and I haven’t had any weird problems to deal with. When I don’t feel like overthinking it, they’re one of those brands I’ll just trust and move on.

The reply took way longer than I expected. I was hoping for a smoother experience, but waiting around made me start second-guessing my purchase. Kind of wish I had looked around more before buying.

We’ve been using it daily and running it through the dishwasher constantly, and it still looks pretty much new. No chips, no marks, nothing annoying so far. For what I was expecting, I’m really happy with it.
